When Ralph The Dog played there, he used his other nickname as well. Why? Because the precense of the nick with the red icon, sometimes make the new user feel scared about ask something. The people whom plays larkinor can write a quick link to the www.larkinorguide.com for invite to new users to play larkinor.

PD: The same time that Ralph had to take for loggin his modnick could be the same than a player make a couple of clicks on the info page, then click on "report abuse" then a mod will make the job.

I'm not a moderator anymore so can't help I'm afraid.  All I can suggest is, these "experienced" Larkinorians should complete the application form to become a moderator.  They do get looked at, I can assure you that.  

I'm not very active on FOD since the removal of my position, but I'll pop my robber in sometime soon :)

Larkinor is a role-playing game.  At role-playing game moderators are expected to create environments in which the players can interact.  We expect Larkinor moderator to arrange competitions to make game more intesting.  Only an experienced player of the game can be such a moderator.

Hello, I play in the Go room every day. On an average day there is 100 players in room 1. I have seen one moderator in the Go room in the past month and that's because I went into a different game and found him. In the Larkinor game room you have the option to turn the chat bar on and off. in other game rooms you do't have this option. So players who want to be rude, hostile and confrontational can freely follow people from game to game. I understand that the Larkinorians are very faithful to their game but honestly, i don't think i ever seen more than 10 people playing the game at once. I'm not saying that Larkinor should not have a moderator, because in my opinion every game on Fly or Die should have a greater moderator presence. 
The problem isn't that Larkinor doesn't have a moderator, the problem is that many of the games don't have a moderator on. And truly the need for moderation is much greater in games like Go, where cheating is prevalent trolls roam freely, and the game can be manipulated in favor of dishonest players. 
Fly or Die needs more moderators!!!!! 
Also, with out trying to offend the noble questers of Larkinor what exactly needs moderated? Is there cheating? Are there abusive internet trolls? Is there "banking"? What exactly is happening to require the presence of a moderator?

I understand your not wanting to play Larkinor.  My request from FOD is to assign a moderator who is interested in Larkinor.  The best moderator for Larkinor is one of the experienced Larkinor players.

Until we have such a moderator, could you please visit Larkinor chat time to time.  We recently had a competition,  to be able to give silver awards we need a moderator.  Could you please help us with this.  Thanks.

Myself and TCA we're active moderators on Larkinor.  Unfortunately, we are no longer volunteers.

Not having a moderator interested in Larkinor problem has not been solved till now.

Whenever we need a moderator, we cannot find any.

Larkinor has a different format than any other FOD games.  I think to be experienced enough on this game one should have at least level 40 or higher fighter or mage. To reach that level one should play more than one year (almost one and half year).  I strongly belive that a long time Larkinor player should be  moderator at this game.  

I think Larkinor is the best of FOD games.  It needs more attention.  Please let an experienced Larkinor player be moderator.

And please don't put us off with "it's a volunteer position" again.  I know at least five larkinor players who have applied in the past, including myself.
