My suggestion is to have an option for players to choose so called "Bullet Billiards", where an idle timer kicks (5 seconds), where a player will be fouled out if they don't move their mouse within 5 seconds, and overall time reduced to 30 seconds instead of 60 seconds.

Makes me wonder why nobody even responded..i know its a good idea which would stop time wasters from getting on peoples nerves by stalling the game.
