I play backgammon under the nickname Mena. There's a red exclamation mark next to the points I've earned. I've researched and found that this mark appears in players who use AI support. I play without AI support. Therefore, I would like this mark removed.

It doesn’t automatically mean you are using AI, but it does mean the system has detected behaviour worth closer monitoring. This is an automated process, and the mark usually disappears if fair play is consistently observed in subsequent games. If you're playing fairly (as you’ve stated), there’s nothing to worry about. Just continue playing normally, and the system should eventually clear the flag on its own.
