Looks like curling is dead
Looks like curling is dead. Can I get a refund on my subscription?
Hi Shawn I wrote this already a few hours before in the forum, but somehow they didn't aprove it to publish yet Your post is aproved to publish, so mine should be a few hours again published, i wrote it to help players like you, but somehow flyordie doesn't mind i think I don't think curling is dead I respons again to help players who indeed think curling is dead there are 2 different rooms 1 in curling, this is very weird, I think its a technical error
http://www.flyordie.com/games/online/games.html?lang=en&game=Curling&room=2401
and
https://www.flyordie.com/games/webapp/start.html?lang=en&game=Curling&room=2401
This is booth indicating room 1 in curling, its yust a different login booth from my computer? , how is this posible? Shawn i think you loged in to the room with the lesser players, try the other one Kind off regards HansWurstjen ;)
Hi HansWurst Once again: there is only one Room 1 for Curling on FlyOrDie. The reason it might seem like there are two is because of the different links you’re using to access the game. The link that begins with http:// is part of the older system FlyOrDie used before switching to secure browsing. The new https:// version is the one the site now officially supports. Both links lead to the same room, but the older one can sometimes show incorrect player counts or behave inconsistently. To avoid these issues, please launch the game from FlyOrDie's homepage, which always uses the secure https:// protocol. (The http:// version is still online for now, but it’s being phased out in the future) Kind regards, John

Weird. There is a parallel universe where there are only 0, 1 or 2 players. I logged off and on again, and now there are the regular number of players.
Hey Shawn_Agaain That “parallel universe” moment you had probably came from using an outdated link. The one starting with http:// is part of the older system FlyOrDie used before switching to secure browsing. It can sometimes show incorrect player counts or behave oddly. To avoid those glitches, make sure you’re launching the game from a link that begins with https://—or even better, just start directly from FlyOrDie's homepage. That way, you’ll always be routed through the latest secure version of the site, and everything should work as expected. Kind reagards, John
