Disconnection issue continues during games
As mentioned before, the disconnection issue continues happening. It is understandable that this may be common in online games. However, it becomes suspicious and uncommon if only some players kept losing their scores than others every time when it happens. Then this issue is not random but it may be related to the game design. The developer may need to consider to modify some codes in order to keep the games clean and fair. After using https, this issue is still there. Then something else can be done. The suggestion is to disqualify a game when this happens. No scores should be applied to either player. Thanks.
Appreciate your continued feedback, Green1188.

The disconnection issue is still being looked into, it’s tied to the recent transition to HTTPS, which has introduced some instability across certain browsers and devices. You’re right: when only one side consistently loses points, it raises fair questions about how disconnects are handled.

Your suggestion, to disqualify the match entirely when a connection drop occurs, is a logical one and has been echoed by others. A neutral outcome could help preserve fairness in matches disrupted by system-side instability.

The devs are aware, and testing continues. Not random, but not ignored either.
